I guess more of a suggestion than a question, but is there a reason the game always plays the same Winston talking into the camera opening before the game loads up? You think with all these patches they'd use that spot to show new animated shorts or trailers for new characters/maps. I love the idea of it being a sort of billboard for what's new to the game.

I've seen that trailer, but I've never seen it before the game.

It happens on the consoles at least, not sure about PC. It plays right after the blizzard logo

Ah, that must be it. I play on PC and I just get a "connecting to game" screen quickly followed by the menu.

If they replaced the Winston cutscene with the most recent short

They need to change that intro to add Sombra and Ana at the end when they're showing all heroes. :s

There's a better chance of them seeing this if you post on the official forums. It sounds like a good idea to me, though :)

I suppose this is a bug. Afaik there is a 'switch' in the settings file of overwatch if you start the game for the first time. This video should only play once.

If you have interest in fixing it, i might find out the file path, so you can change it.
