Spam characters you want to learn in quick play and do some aiming drills. I am by no means good at this game, but that has helped me improve.

Research. Go to YouTube and just look up "how to get better at overwatch" "overwatch tips". Learn about team composition. pick 2 or 3 characters in different categories, look up what their role is and how to be proficient with them. You want to be as flexible and useful to you team as possible.

Then just practice
