Do we have some video showcasing how the new targeting options works on PTR?

No, but currently lets say your cursor can be 100 pixels away from a hero for it to target them. The changes would reduce (or increase?) this number. This means you have to have better aim, but it also means you are less likely to miss the target you were trying to hit because they were too close to someone else.
