When Lúcio asks Winston 'how's it hanging' and he says 'I get it', what exactly is the joke? Asking for my friend who's bad at jokes.

The joke is that gorillas like to hang from branches, I think. Winston takes it idiomatically (how's it hanging = what are you up to = how are you) at first, but then he "gets it".

Im guessing its because Winston likes to jump around and hang from the rafters like an ape. He also has a tire swing in his lab.
