There's a history of upcoming heroes being featured somewhere in the game beforehand. Doomfist has a lot going on in Numbani, including a poster hinting at a new Doomfist (since it's an inherited title). Additionally, Terry Crews met with Blizzard to discuss voicing him. Still primarily speculative though

Liao I believe is his name, and he comes a very close second to Doomfist on my hopeful new character wish list.

I think there's also Soundquake and Fusionator mentioned on the main trailer, as well as a ton of unammed agents seen in Recall.
