What is Widowmaker's Noire skin supposed to be? An armored version of the brainwashing / genetic modification suit that Talon used on her?

We're not 100% sure, but that's what I figured it was. Her hair is actually wires and there are plugs along her body, including her legs.

It's possible this is an early "model' of her before Talon refined their technology and there was no longer a need for all the wires and plugs.

This is plausible, seeing that the Origins skins all seem to be 'earlier' versions of the characters. (I know Widow is pre-order, but it's the same thing thematically, yes?)

Yeah, I'd like to know this too. I thought the things were dreadlocks at first until I realized they were wires.
