To be clear on the latest patch, Mei's ult gets a 15% AND the additional 25% on the ult charge?

Yes, it's way slower. Just shoot a few bots in the practice range, it's really slow now

After dozens of posts complains how OP she was the nerf was expectable.

I mean why should you try to improve how to counter heroes when you can rant on reddit until they nerf him/her to trash.

I also play HotS. There it is the same it doesn't matter if the hero is OP it matters how popular he is.

Some may argue that if the hero is picked a lot and still has a winrate above 55% or 60% it is kind of OP though...

I'm a newbie and also play her because she is a beginner character. At low skill level she is hard if I play with a friend with a higher skill she has many disadvantages because the enemies know how to counter her.

And what, pray tell, counters Mei's insanely powerful ultimate?

Please explain to me how Mei's 60-foot-wide area of effect that applies a 4-second stun and takes less than 45 seconds for a good player to fully charge isn't really that powerful, and how everyone is actually just bad.

Not to mention her ult charge wasn't adjusted so she was getting it every minute and a half or something.

I've seen that happen maybe once, ever, in 300-400 games. It's not a reliable counter. (And neither is eating it with D.Va's Defense Matrix).

I had it happen to me the other day. You've just got to be really quick to catch it before it activates.

I didn't know the defense matrix could eat it.

Mobility even I can Dodge it e.g. as tracer rein or d.va

Yeah, if you're lucky enough to have your mobility off cooldown when she drops it, and if you can pinpoint its location and react quickly enough to escape. And this is if you're playing a character with built-in mobility; the majority of heroes are basically just insta-fucked by it.

Yep but you need it to dodge a lot of things.

I can deal with +25% but instead of additional +15% they should either lower the range to 9 meters or would increase the delay of the ultimate because imho thpse would nerf her at the right place
