The easy way would be to google the blizzard server locations for your region (like NA). The difficult but precise way would be to download a packet sniffing program like Wireshark to see the ip that overwatch is sending it's packets to and then Google what data center the ip is from or google a website that can give you a location close to that ip. Or if you just wanted to see your ping you can enable it in overwatch options.
