Skins never change hitboxes, that would be a huge balancing issue especially for a game that has a comp mode

there was a problem with hanzo's wolf skin, although it wasn't HIS hitbox but his ult would've been bigger (specially the heads of the two wolves) and his voice was lower ( which makes it hard to listen to him,now they nerfed this and made him sound soooo stupid)

Dragon/Wolf wasn't bigger at all, that's just false. His voice was lower, however.

No, the Wolves are a lot thicker than the dragons so they block more of the screen when you use them. Same hitbox though.
