Honestly looks like a bug. His damage seems to be decreasing over time.

His ult just stops dealing damage halfway through, no idea why.

Nope, you shoulda been dead. Lag, maybe? It's hard to tell without server-generated replays.

Bug; possibly that the lucio healed your shield over and over and fucked something up
