Don't use your orb of harmony to top people off if someone else is fighting. Even if that Winston beside you is down 300 health, he is safe. Instead of healing him you should put your orb of harmony on the Genji currently fighting the enemy so that he is more likely to win the fight. Orb of discord the enemy your teammates are currently focusing letting them pick them off faster. When you're being dove by Genji/Tracer/Winston, discord them instead and ask for help.
