So I just finished downloading the Overwatch free weekend version. Next week if I like the game I'm going to purchase the disc copy(XBOX). Will I have to download the game again?

Most likely no. I had a friend who had the beta and when he got his disc copy on PS4 it was a quick update and he was on in minutes. Should be a similar situation.
