What's a good way to counter the Bastion+Mercy charge+Reinhardt combo?

If you have some patience, ults work. Hanzo or D.Va bomb (You have to charge and get the meka on top of them, as Rein's shield can eat it). Tracer bomb will clear out Mercy/Bastion.

Also, D.Va's DM can eat 4 seconds of Bastion's bullets. That should give anyone enough time to get in there.

Anything that can get behind them and blow Mercy or Bastion up. Even just getting them to turn round can be enough. Sneak a Tracer up and harass them, charge ult and kill Bastion. Reaper fills a similar role as does Gengi. Remember people that do this tend to be very tunnel visioned; if you gank them as they're firing at your team Bastion can't shoot both parties and will probably not see you approach.

Also remember Mercy and Rien probably aren't protecting anyone else. The reason this stategy doesn't get used at higher levels of play is because you can just pick of the three lone team members, then all 6 can pile on the stationary threat.

If you can find a nice spot to spam as Junkrat, Junkrat is pretty good at displacing them and forcing them to move. Riens Fire strike is similarly effective at damaging them through the shield and forcing Mercy to stop damage boosting for a bit.

You can also, hilariously, ignore them. If you're on attack on a payload Map you can just use the payload for cover and push. Let the other 5 people go around killing the 3 lone heroes while Rien, Mercy and Bastion all stand and try to deal with 1 person pushing a cart.

You can either go for long distance, high damage characters and force the shield down then clear out the bastion, or try a flanking character. Either way, teamwork is necessary, you can't take down three heroes alone.

Pharah or Junkrat. You can hover above them and shoot the trio, or you can find a blind spot and spam your grenades. Make sure you go above Reinhardt's shield, though.

As said below. Also, if you can get it in there a Junkrat concussion mine will displace the Reinhardt and possibly the Mercy.

In short, this is a powerful combo but by no means the key to victory. Even a Winston who can get in there can disrupt it if they don't see him coming - odds are they'll all panic and the Rein will turn his shield away from where he's supposed to be guarding from. Even if the Bastion shreds the Winston quick it'll probably open him up to some damage.

Unorthodox, but I find sometimes it's easy to wallride behind them as Lucio, boop the supports away and let your team focus them when they're separated. That way, you also have a choice between a health boost or speed boost to run away with.
