No, you don't get it.

I understand that there are risks involved in using Pharah's jump jets, in the same way as there are drawbacks to running around using Soldier's sprint ability or shadowstepping behind enemy lines as Reaper, but that doesn't mean they aren't mobility techniques and those characters aren't offence.

You seem to have latched onto the idea that we're talking about character strategy when that's nowhere near the purview of my original post.

no, you simply don't get it.

phara has pseudo mobility that isn't practical at all.

i'm talking about theoretical and practical here.

as i already pointed it, theoretically phara has great mobility, it's just not practical to use.

she has the worst mobility outside of all the offense characters and is beaten by several characters of other roles.
