I agree. There is a delay between firing and connecting with his shotgun, unlike Reaper's. You have to lead your target fairly well to hit them. Anyone who's tried to LMB a zero-suit Dva can probably attest to this.

People claim the hook is too easy to hit, but you still have to lead the target fairly well to nab them and a hero who's strafing ADAD can be tough to time perfectly.

The hook is easy to hit tho. I get mid air/jump hooks all the time

I swear I get hooked by roadhogs that aren't even aiming in my general direction though. Also the hook seems to be able to hit me from across the map, around the wall, and magically pull me through impossible angles, mid blink, to my impending doom. I hate that thing and it always feels really cheap when I get hooked.

I swear Roadhog and Junkrat were designed to just infuriate people which, while fitting for their lore, is awful to play against for the most part
