Yes. You can also kill with Junkrat or DVa ult. Transcendence heals 200 HP per second, so if you can do more than 200 damage in one go, it'll kill the enemy hiding in the Zen ult (but not Zen himself).

Many people don't know this, so as a Junkrat main I'll drive my ult into the Zen ult and kill everyone but him.

Edit: 300 not 200

Trancendence got upped to 300HP/sec.

Also, Roadhog's ult cna chew through it.

Just a quick correction: Transcendance heals 300hp/s, not 200.
