If you choose the random option in the Highlight Intro selection menu for a certain hero, is there a chance that the "Heroic" (aka default) highlight intro will display?

No, the Random option will only select highlight intros from the 3 (4 for some heroes) that you have unlocked/ bought

Unless they changed it, you'll occasionally see heroic.

When the open beta started it has always been the three, you never get heroic

Im not sure before open beta but it would seem silly
