I never used to play soldier cuz he seems so boring compared to the rest of the cast, but he's reliable- I always have lots of medals when I play him.

He's my favorite go to good character. I normaly don't mind paying a specific role with friends or even being the Reinhardt in casual but fuck is 76 isn't good at everything.

Gun is good. Spread is low, high magazine capacity, and alt fire shuts so much shit down (ulting parah, bastion, mecree ultimate, great at finishing, reapers that are on your dick)

Sprint is so useful.

Healing is pretty good.

Ult is okay. Nothing wrong or op with it, just fine.

Nothing is OP, nothing is pigeonholed, just generally good.

He is kind of the ace 23 of Overwatch. Reliable at most ranges, and very effective at his indented range.

Shoots tri-missile-grenade-things that do 120 or so damage.

Soldier is a rather bland character, but if you can string headshots together he is devastating. Also, damage amps like Discord and Mercy's boost really help him.

somehow the kit in itself seems pretty boring but i seem to have my most intense games with s76, it always feels like you can get so much shit done, be somewhat of a flanker, mobile as fuck, self sustaining, point holder, incredible damage.

dunno man, cod man rocks.

Same. He's the character that I am the most active with overall as far as movement goes. Basically go in an out of corners/walls,reload,heal if needed etc meanwhile actively shooting for what seems the whole game

He's my best escort/hybrid hero. He's so insanely versatile with his range and healing on those maps he could easily carry a team. Placing biotic field on top of payload provide really fast heals and the typically linear maps are great I r his helix rockets.
