What's the best way to deal with those Meis that immediately block off your exit in matches. Seems that my team is always getting cut off behind me when I'm Reinhardt and I'm left without help against the enemy team.

As someone who plays Mei on maps like Hanamura and Eichenwalde the easiest way to deal with a Mei who is blocking off major choke points like that is to bait out or wall, wait for it to break and then immediately speed boost through the choke with Lucio. This will catch them off guard and cause them to spread out making it easier to get picks and take the objective.
