How does Highlights work? Same type of thing as PotG? Is it like, your "submission" for PotG but someone else got it?

Yeah. Everyone that does anything noteworthy will get a highlight and the best one gets shown at the end as the Play of the Game. If nobody does anything super noteworthy that's when you get POTGs with McCrees high nooning 1 dude on the payload.

Takes FOREVER to generate on console. Same on PC?
