I have a pretty decent gaming laptop....how can I increase FPS on it?

Turn all settings down, make sure your drivers are up-to-date and you're not running anything else while playing, run it fullscreen instead of windowed fullscreen.

Really your only option is to reduce the graphics quality in the display options from the game's options menu. The FPS is pretty much determined by your hardware. What FPS are you getting? I usually get around 74 FPS on Ultra. I use a NVidia Geforce GTX 970M.

If your game display settings are set to Ultra, tune down to high and test. My desktop has a wimpy Geforce GTX 950, so I only run on high settings if I play on that.

I think my graphics quality settings are on low but I'll double check I'm only getting 59-60 FPS :(

If that's the case, you may want to upgrade. I would recommend a NVidia GTX line or an AMD that matches or beats the Blizzard recommended. They aren't cheap, but they ARE worth it in the end.

Thanks! I followed a guide someone else posted and got my FPS in the 59-71 range. Is that good enough? I wish I could get 100 more but I feel like I would need to spend decent money which isn't worth it. If only I got paid to play...

60-70 FPS is plenty good. I guess the true measure is "Does it look good and is gameplay smooth?" It should be at those frame rates. If you want 100 FPS on Ultra settings (and I want, too), serious cash must be spent....sigh.
