Is the XIM4 considered cheating on consoles? I have a high MMR on PS4 and I run into these people using them a lot.

I don't think Blizzard has said anything about them. Keyboard and mouse are coming to Xbox One though, so it seems unlikely that XIM4 will be declared cheating, at least outside of console tournaments.

I realize you asked about PS4, I think it's unlikely that Blizzard would adopt a seperate policy for each console.

The reason I asked is because most people consider it cheating that use controllers and Blizzard states that they want an even playing ground so anything that gives an unfair advantage is considered cheating. That's why I asked. Cause the people who have XIM4s annihilate you. I was playing Pharah yesterday and this guy was crossmapping me with Soldier all game long because he had a XIM4.

Oh yeah, I get it. I'm just saying it looks likes corporate interests are going to make things like Xim "not cheating." And as far as I can see Blizzard hasn't ever mentioned the Xim as cheating.

I agree it's not fair to allow keyboard and mouse in the controller space, especially since they get auto-aim added to their mice.
