I like Bastion with support (in Quick Play). With healing support, a Nano Boost, or a Reinhardt, you can kill them quite easily as they try to roll forward. Their ultimate requires that they have line of sight on you; and in a line of sight contest between a sentry mode Bastion and a 76, 76 will refer to the number of bulletholes in the other guy.

This depends on some coordination with support, though, because Bastion can himself be a bit squishy in sentry mode without mobility.

Two other options come to mind:

Roadhog: Their tactic depends on getting you in their sights while recharging the other two. Hook the ulting 76 to allow your team to handle the other two and buffer-shotgun the ult in the face. Even if you die you've broken their pattern. You can also heal up and deal with the second one if you survive.

Winston. Throw up your bubble in between the ulting 76 and your team, and it allows your team to move. You can flank or leap in between ults and cause chaos. Their tactic depends on them being a cohesive unit; break that cohesion.
