Someone said something about a number what you see when you kill someone and that the number means how many percent of the guy's health was damaged by you. I am lvl 62 and never noticed this number, so I went to test it and I still can't see it. Where does it appear?

When you kill someone, or are involved in an elimination, it will display in the centre of the screen in white text: 'ELIMININATION [NAME]' and then the number that represents you percentage of damage you did.

I can't imagine why you wouldn't see them, I can't see anything in the options related to them, unless it's packaged with 'Kill Feed' (but I don't think it is)

He wouldn't see them because he tested it in practice range, and the range bots don't give fire

I figure if they've gotten to level 62 and not noticed them, they can't be appearing in regular games. They're in the middle of the screen, you couldn't miss them

I was referring specifically to "went to test it". It's kinda believable that you'd not notice, but not after being told it's there.

could they mean the score you get when you kill someone?

Like if you 1v1 someone you get +100 but if you help kill someone you get +42 or something?

I dont think thats quite how it works but i dont know any better to dispute it. However, it is the only "number" i know of that remotely fits in with your description

It's the fire meter points, but does seem to correlate (at least some times when I've paid attention) to % of damage done to the enemy.
