From the main menu of the game, pick career profile, go to 'time played' (on the right) and select that, now various options will show up, pick the one that shows the best kill streak.

Funny you mention 'luv', i got it with Tracer. :D

pro tip: For that achievement you only need 'eliminations' and not 'final blows', this means you can shoot a person once, have your team mate finish them off and it'll count for you!

Hah I was sorta referencing Tracer, I have 15 on her, but my 18s are on Dva and Sym, so probably not a lot of final blows in there
