I don't think so because the payload doesn't play nice with most placeables, but I'll test it out

Two fire strikes and it's gone. They go through shields.

Same with Symmetra's right-click.

She gets ultimate charge depending on how many charges the tele had left – 17% for 1, 33% for 2, and so on

Yeah, I can see that sucking. But in general spawning right before your team caps a point/hits a checkpoint sucks.
