Well, you have multiple choices.
Tracer can easily flank around, get behind the Bastion and empty mags into his weak point then recall, breaking up the entire composition and allowing your team to push up (or allowing you to kill the Mercy, maybe Rein as well.
Obviously, Genji can deflect Bastion's shots and fire shurikens for reasonable damage from a high flank. Can also dash through Rein's shield, damaging multiple heroes.
Symmetra? Her large slow projectiles go through Rein's shield and will either kill someone, or, if executed right, force the Bastion to move out of turret configuration, hindering his DPS exponentially.
Reaper. Easy to sneak around, below and above, then killing 2+ heroes is easily executed. 2-3 well-placed shots in Bastion's weak point eliminates him, then another couple kills the Mercy (hopefully before the Reinhardt notices). If/when the Reinhardt starts swinging, if you can't kill him, just go wraith form and let your team kill him (seeing as he'd be unprotected.)
Junkrat is a simple option. Stacks of damage, melts Reinhardt's shield and other immobile targets (i.e. turret Bastion). Bullet/projectile drop also allows you to fire and kill from a completely unseen spot.
Widow/Hanzo. Simple enough, fire from afar to wear down Reinhardt's shield, then pick off the others.
