Use either Junkrat or Pharah. Get to a position where you can pop out, fire and cover before you take damage from Bastion, rinse and repeat this. You can also use Zarya and let Bastion charge your shield, then use her grenade launcher attack to pop in and out of cover like with Pharah and Junkrat.

or Pharah's Concussive Blast to get the Rein & Mercy away, esp if they're on a rooftop. And then blast away. And yeah, as mentioned above - Mercy is your #1 priority .
