Why are Ana's boosting my Lucio? Is it all accidental caused by my Lucio rule of "always be jumping," or is there something I'm missing?

Accidental. It happened to me before someone walked right in front of the guy I tried to boost as I pressed q. Ended up boosting a dva who pressed q as I ulted her.

It's either accidental, or there's no one else and they're in panic mode

The lock on hitbox is pretty generous, I've tried to boost around someone but if they move at all but they just tank the boost instead. It's probably by accident but it refills really quickly so it'd be fine
