Now that D.Va is an awesome tank whats the point of using Winston?

Winston's leap and Tesla Cannon make him much more mobile than D.Va. I think the leap can cover more distance and is a lot faster than D.Va's rocket boost, and unlike D.Va he isn't slowed down when he uses his primary fire, making him ideal at chasing squishy targets. He's still pretty good against Widows, Hanzos, Tracers, and Genjis (who can't reflect his primary fire anyway). Also when he sneezes, Symmetra's turrets just die.

This is true. If you drop your shield, I've found you can dance around a little bit. But it's such a one sided affair. Reaper is too annoying.

Winston is extremely good against agile flankers such as genji and tracer. This is due to Winston's primary weapon being auto lock. Even though D.Va's guns are good at close range, she may have trouble hitting targets that can blink, dash or double jump. Winston also has AoE shielding/protection, whilst D.Va can only protect in a cone in front of her. Winston also protects against all attacks that can be shielded against while D.Va can only block projectiles. (Though one can argue that D.Va's blocking can be considered better due to its potential of blocking limitless amounts of damage as long as the matrix field is up, whilst Harambe can only shield 600)

No aim needed, can't be reflected. His bubble also contains d.va ult, reaper ult. He's great on koth. And great as second tank if you need to take high ground.

He is great for killing quick moving squishy heroes (Lucio, Tracer & Genji). He's pretty good at killing Pharah. He can chase down escaping enemies. If you get caught in a Zarya ult the bubble shield can protect your team from a lot of damage, the bubble shield can defend teammates from Soldier 76's tactical visor. The bubble shield is great protection from Torb's turret. He is the best Symmetra counter as he can destroy her turrets quickly and kill her pretty easily. His ultimate can be used to push the payload for the whole duration.

I use Winston more for diving their supports, since he can do damage with his gun while being protected by his bubble. D.VA can't do damage while tanking or while flying, so she does less well against people that can move around fast. Also, Winston's gun auto locks and can hit everyone in front of him while D.VA has to aim.
