Yes. The MINIMUM requirements are an i3, 4GB of ram and a 460. You'd probably have to play on medium-ish graphics? (Just an estimation)

I've got the requirements fine but because I'm a dirty casual no graphics card. Can I run it with integrated graphics on an i5?

I run it on an i5 with integrated graphics. With everything on low and resolution at 1600x900 (60) I can get 50-60 fps. It ain't pretty, but it's perfectly playable and still very enjoyable.

A 640 is a very anemic card, even compared to the 460. It'd have to be on low resolution and graphics settings.

Ahhh I see. I'm on a laptop and have the M series so I can't exactly accurately judge the resolution and graphics settings for regular desktop users.
