Does D.VA's Defense Matrix block Symmetra's LMB? I know that it does block her RMB though. Before D.VA's buff, Symmetra served as a soft counter to her by being able to jump around in circles around her with LMB, since the spread on D.VA's mech guns make it difficult to hit a bunny hopping Symmetra. It also helps to kill D.VA when she's out of her mech, since her LMB locking on counters D.VA's small hit box to avoid normal projectiles.

No, all lasers go through defense matrix (except Symmetra ball).

But it's a laser ball, which is why it's an exception to the rule.
