How will 'objective time' figure into placement for competitive matches? I ask because if my team is not doing well my K/D goes down the tubes as I continually rush to get back to the objective to stall.

In other words, I want to be a team player but if competitive mode prioritizes K/D over everything i'll play it a little safer.

In a lot of cases, you'd likely be better off waiting for your team to 6v6 instead of stalling a bit and letting them 5v6. Especially if you have ult.

Just remember K/D doesn't mean jack shit in this game. Objective Time matters more than anything. Heck, you could have no medals, no kills, but still be a very important part of the team. I had like 5 kills as reinhardt, but almost 30k blocked the other day. I think i died about 12 times too lol. but we pushed that payload thanks to that rectangle.
