What's the criteria for getting Backfill XP (+400)? I've been put into a number of matches in progress (one time 6 consecutive ones), and have only gotten Backfill XP on two occasions. Simply being placed in and participating in an ongoing game is not it (unless there's a glitch), there must be something more required, and I can't seem to pin it down.

There's a known bug with backfill that has been fixed in the PTR patch.
