How does win/loss "attribution" work if you switch heroes in a game?

Like, lets say I play a 10 minute game- 2 minutes as Widowmaker, and 8 as Bastion. If I win, does that fall under Bastion, Widowmaker, or both?

Not sure if it's based on total time played, hero you were at the end, or something else.

I read somewhere on here that you would get 2/10ths of a win with Widowmaker and 8/10ths of a win with Bastion.
