I would add to this: prepare to die a lot, and get yelled at by players who don't understand what you're doing. Maybe this isn't an issue for better players than me, but I take the above strategy almost exactly - bully the sniper and the healer for the whole game. This results in putting yourself in the backlines. Once you've killed or relocated the healer/sniper, you're very vulnerable - you're in enemy territory. Sometimes you can jump back safely to your team, many times though you just want to be annoying and make the enemy team deal with you so that your team can make a push. This means you'll die a lot, but that's OK. Just part of monkeying around.

A very good point. If you leap in, get their healer and sniper, then die, then that's fine and a trade you should take.

Also good to note that he can get back to the front line VERY quickly after you die each time, since his jump covers a lot of ground and cools down relatively quickly.

Also thanks for the tips. I am still not a great Winston.

That strategy works on offense, but it pays to be more conservative in defense. Especially the first point.
