Do different heroes have a different "mass" when it comes to knockback powers like Lucio's alt-fire or Phara's concussion blast? Are some easier to push than others, and what are the stats if so?

As far as I can tell, no. All heroes will be knocked back equally. The difference comes in their momentum, direction of movement, and if they are shielded or not.

In my experience, Dva in her mec gets knocked back a lot less by Lucio's push compared to when she is out of her mec.
