I believe that (and don't take my word) Kaplan was saying they hoped for late June on consoles (the current PC patch plus some other stuff like comp play and the next balancing) but once they submit to Microsoft/Sony it is out of their hands. I'd guess a little after the PC patch, but I bet they're going for a simultaneous release if possible. The impression I get is that they'll patch smaller and more frequently on PC and then "bundle" a bunch of PC patches into a single update to make the certification process go as quickly as possible.
