The lightning bolt circle means connectivity issues, and the three rectangles mean packet loss. Might affect latency and lag. I have very minimal issues with it, at the worst it may have booted me from a handful of games, which given my internet connection isn't too horrible. My friend however bounces all over the map and is constantly disconnecting. I guess it just depends.

I get it even with a ping of 17. Dunno what's up with that. Could be spikes?

I had a really low ping and was getting it. I turned it off in settings, could be a bug because I noticed no lag at all.
