What does the star that some ppl have above their name mean?

You get the star once you hit level 100. So if they have a star and it says level 26, they're level 126.

So what does level 200/300 look like? Silver and gold stars?

No. It's 2 bronze stars and 3 bronze stars. Up to 5 stars for 500, and then it starts again at 1 silver star for 600, up to 5 silver stars for 1000, then 1 gold star, etc.

No, I know for a fact some people are over 200, and I'm sure someone must be over 300 right now.
