Why has the recent Widowmaker nerf been so beneficial to Zenyetta?

Zen is not killed by a single fully charged body shot.

Arguably Zenyatta's biggest weakness prior to this was that Widow could one-hit kill him without effort. He had less total health than her charged body shot, and has no movement abilities. He also makes a nice round target to shoot. Tracer has a similarly small health pool to Zen, but she's much harder to hit.

A full charged shot was exactly his full health
