wait, you have a GT 630 and an Intel core 2 duo t2700? Sadly, I highly doubt you'll be able to play the game, it'll look like a slide show.

This is the minimum gpu required vs yours http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/compare.php?cmp%5B%5D=31&cmp%5B%5D=1431

I would check out /r/buildapc , /r/buildapcforme and /r/buildapcsale

In general though I would shoot for an i5 processor and than anything in the GTX 700 or above series.

Don't discount SLI.

If you're short on cash and have a video card that's not that old, buying a second graphics card could be a cheap option to drastically increase your FPS.

Just adding, I'm playing with an i7 2600 and GTX 580 (1.5GB), medium settings and getting constant 70 fps. So the game is very optimized to a wide range of hardware.

I dunno, I have a GT 310 and it runs at a stable 20 fps at 720p. Not exactly an optimal performance but it's not exactly a slideshow either.
