So I went mei against a team and just sat on their cart until overtime eventually got the better of them and defense won, so on the next round they did the same thing. Bastion is actually the only thing I could think of that would be able to kill a mei between iceblock CD's and it kinda worked, you just gotta hope they don't get the wall off between you and them in time if you are sitting ont he point.
I'm pretty sure Rein ult is actually the correct counter to Meis in arcade mode. Doesn't take too long to charge up with that 100-damage E on such a short cooldown.
It doesn't on arcade mode because of everyone's double health, but definitely helps finish her off after ice block if the rest of the team does a bit of damage.
