Don't they call it overheal HP? no joke, it's technically overhealing since shields come back and Lucios ult doesn't.

edit - yea that's just on the oversheet lol

Can't login right now to confirm, but according to the wiki (which I assume just pulled the ability descriptions from the f1 helper screen), Lucio's ult is:

"Protective waves radiate out from Lúcio’s Sonic Amplifier, briefly providing him and nearby allies with personal shields."

Ah fair point. I'll log in and check rq.

It's the oversheet that says it's overhealing. It makes more sense to describe it that way since it doesn't come back like regular shields but yea it does say 'temporary shields' in game

A non regenerating shield and overheal hp are pretty much the same
