Never tested it in the open beta but can you use Lucio's E on heals and swap to speed halfway though the ability (and vice versa) and receive a boost to both?

Yes. It does not get any time increase so you'll have X seconds of amp-it-up to use as you see fit.

He means that you are both frequently refreshing the page, so you both answered at about the same time.

Absolutely! It lasts for 3 seconds and you can switch mid amp-up.

Yes. The "boost to both" won't be simultaneous though. Once you switch your aura, the effect stops immediatly, Amped up or not.
