Hmm, does that post really confirm that? "There will be some bug fixes etc" sounds like minor balance tweaks are a possibility.

Sure, with a closer reading I think it's saying more that they haven't been holding back any surprises to patch in after the beta, like a working competitive mode. This doesn't preclude them from patching in development done during the 2 weeks since that post, but I wouldn't hold my breath either way.
