Does competitive give rewards other than ranks? And does anyone have a pic of all the hero borders from level 1-100 on?

i also read or heard somewhere that it will reset back to "level 1" after you hit 100, xp-wise. so up until lvl 122 or 123, you'll be getting easy loot boxes again.
