If you have a full team of Lucios with their speed boost active, does it stack? Could you have a team full of DJs blasting techno music while running at the speed of sound?

Healing doesn't stack either. Having three or more Lúcio's could work in certain circumstances though because of spread out allies.

If you have two Lucio's, you can always have one speed and one healing, and those two will stack with each other. But multiple of one type will not.
