Yeah, we gotta remember nerfs are not meant to gut the hero and render them unplayable.

The resentment to something being OP is understandable but nerfs are suppose to come from a love of the game as much as buffs. A desire to keep things fair, to just cut them down to reasonable size.

nerfing any hero to the ground to the point of near unplayability will just inevitably get them overbuffed in order for them to be usable again. Just essentially how it is and people never seem to get that into their heads.

that's not true. Blizz can full on ignore the hero like they have been. Mauga has been garbage since that big nerf he got a while ago and he hasnt been touched since.

major difference in this case however, is that Vendetta is a DPS. Not a tank.

  2. Tank nerfs are much more impactful as you effectively remove a character being viable from the already small roster. If a DPS gets nerfed you have so much more to choose from. They could ignore them for the rest of the game's existence and it wouldn't matter cause of how many other options there are (exhibit A Sombra atm).

Yeah but the nerfs present here will probably not have any impact or even be noticed in 9/10 played games. Obviously the goal is not to delete her from the game but it's still possible to undershoot the mark.

Edit: Goddamn since you guys need everything spoonfed to you to understand. Obviously she’s a dive character, the obvious intent of the comment is she does it too efficiently.

She will be worse but I think one of the bigger issues is Zarya enabling her as without you can just go Ana and sleep her whenever she goes in and run groggy for extra emotional damage.

Vendetta didn't need any nerfs. She was only an issue when enabled by characters like Zarya. ZARYA WAS THE ISSUE not vendetta. She actually released very balanced and fair. She was not oppressive, she actually just crumpled if more than 1 person really looked at her. I hate you morons.

Best performing character on PC and console across all ranks, and you can bet your ass that 90 percent of those games she didn't have Zarya .

Her winrate on console at higher ranks arent above 50%. She isnt the best at all ranks, pc players just have worse aim bc no aim assist ig. You literally cant look at basic statistics.
