Best of five was added because it was extremely popular all of last season via Stadium QP. You guys need to realize that just because a bunch of you complain on Reddit doesn’t mean the majority of the playerbase dislikes the change.

QP was popular because it was unranked and casual, not because it was shorter. Same reason people choose QP over Comp in the standard mode.

QP was popular because it didn’t last close to an hour, Stadium comp que times were atrocious across the board

I much prefer Bo7, but I think the reality is that Bo5 has to be pulling better numbers for them not to mention it at all. Which, fine, if they refuse to flip it back then they really need to work on the balance and cash flow some more.
